  • Do you travel?

    -Travel fee ($100 & up) for locations outside a thirty-mile local radius of Downtown Los Angeles.

  • What is the payment process?

    After we confirm a booking date and time:

    -50% deposit required to book your specific date and time slot

    -Remaining 50% of payment due 7 days before wedding date

    -1/2 deposit refunded up to 16 weeks of booked date

    -Non-refundable deposit within 16 weeks of booked date

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    -We happily accept cash payments, as well transfers through any secure mobile payment apps (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, & Cashapp).

    -Credit card payments are accepted with an additional 4% processing fee.

  • What happens immediately after I book?

    For best results, communication between us and your wedding planner is necessary to discuss logistics. This will ensure that our team can be in the best locations with the correct equipment to capture the moments that you deem most important. If you do not have a wedding planner, you will need to fill out an additional questionnaire that helps us be best prepared for your day.

  • Are there any fees not listed on the pricing page?

    There is an additional 15% price increase for weddings of 200+ guests.

  • How long does it take to receive my media?

    Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your 4k video highlight and photos. During “wedding season”, please allow 8-10 weeks. You will receive a downloadable link via e-mail. Upon request, you may receive a hard copy USB of your media.
